RAVE (standing for Respectable and Valuable Employment) hires individuals with intellectual and developmental disorders to bake, package, and deliver homemade, peanut butter-based dog treats. Rooted in the local Asheville community and dedicated to creating an inclusive, empowering environment, RAVE provides meaningful employment opportunities to build skills and develop self-confidence, all the while treating your furry friends to nutritious biscuits.
